Kitchenita was born with the aim of changing the paradigm of the delivery industry through its three pillars: data, foodlab and technology.

Our virtual brands are 100% data-driven. Combining data insights from delivery platforms with in-house data scrapping, we understand more precisely market needs (which food concept, in which neighborhood at which price point).

We put together the FoodLab to create brands. We find the right offer through two predefined channels: an analysis focused on big data, studying what the market needs in terms of gastronomic offer, adding the know-how of the co-creator chefs in preparing the menus and developing the brand universe in association with our branding partner Remolino.

Alexandre Boccara
After touring around the world for 18 months representing the French Government in its international high schools, Alex stands out working for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires, launching the first fund matching program in Argentina. At Rocket Internet, Alexandre managed two e-commerce projects for two years. Before creating Kitchenita, Alex was Frávega's e-commerce manager. He has a daughter, Lou.

Gaspard Hambückers
Gaspard, passionate about gastronomy, finishes his studies in the United Kingdom before moving to Buenos Aires. He joined the Kitchenita team after working in finance where he structured investments in renewable energy projects and new technologies.
